Wellness Exams

Annual wellness exams form the foundation of your pet’s care. Every pet is different, and regular checkups provide a valuable opportunity for us to get to know and understand your pet’s individual needs.


At your pet’s checkup, we will discuss your pet’s risk factors and administer appropriate vaccines.


  • Rabies (mandated by law)
  • FVRCP: Prevents rhinotracheitis, calicivirus, panleukopenia
  • FeLV: Prevents feline leukemia (for outdoor cats or cats otherwise at risk)

  • Combo Vaccine: Guards against distemper, parvovirus, leptospirosis, as well as parainfluenza.
  • Bordetella: Prevents kennel cough (important for dogs that visit groomers, boarding facilities, dog parks)
  • Canine Influenza: Protects against the most prevalent strains of Canine Influenza (H3N2 and H3N8) which can cause permanent lung damage.
